Simply easy: the new full container check HEUFT prime.(firmenpresse) - The HEUFT Center of Quality of the capital goods exhibition for the beverage industry is on Stand 309 in Hall 5. New quality control and inspection systems, which simply detect more because they combine new technologies with those which have been tried and tested many times, will be presented there from 9 to 11 November.
Consequently the HEUFT InLine IX is the world's first empty bottle inspector to use pulsed X-ray technology in addition to tried and tested procedures. The HEUFT prime combines various functions for checking full containers with a new particularly easy, audio supported user guidance. The new HEUFT canLine removes empty cans which cannot be reliably filled or sealed in good time. The HEUFT FinalView FO now also carries out a precise final examination of the dress of aligned, angular bottles.
The servo-controlled HEUFT TORNADO R flex achieves a new dimension in accuracy and flexibility with regard to applying wrap-around label to all types of containers.
These new and further developments can be tailor-made exactly to a wide range of applications and are particularly easy to operate due to their consistent modular design. In addition the trade visitors can experience numerous other HEUFT systems live and in action at the Brau Beviale exhibition. Whether empty crate inspection, empty bottle sorting, foreign object detection or integrity check in the full container area: a suitable solution, in line with the latest technological developments, will be presented for all the sections along a filling line where safety and quality are particularly important. Groundbreaking technologies for a trouble-free bottle flow and optimum efficiency for the complete line round off the range of products for the exhibition.
