Brilon, 10 November 2011: The shares of solarhybrid AG are expected to be
trading on the regulated market oft he Frankfurt Stock Exchange starting 17
November 2011. The shares shall be included in the General Standard.
The circular in connection with the admittance of the shares to be traded
on the regulated market of the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (General
Standard) was approved by the BaFin on 9 November 2011. The admittance is
scheduled for 16 November 2011, in order for trading to start on 17
November.

also local companies in Italy, the Middle East and the United States
Company shares are traded on the open market of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange.
