Anchor Capital Management Ltd, a company controlled by Mr Jens Wilhelmsen,
bought 5,000 shares in the Company at NOK 18.40 per share. After this
transaction, Anchor Capital Management Ltd holds 15,000 shares in the Company.
Hajfa Ltd, a company controlled by Mr Jens Wilhelmsen, holds 10,000 shares in
the Company.
