2G presents innovations at the Agritechnica trade fair. Founding of sales
and service subsidiary in Poland.

Heek, November 11, 2011 - 2G Energy AG (2G), one of the leading
manufacturers of combined heat and power (CHP) plants, is again showcasing
its innovative strength at the Agritechnica trade fair that is being held
in Hanover between November 13 and 19.New products are being presented that
also take into consideration the modifications to the German Renewable
Energies Act (EEG) 2012.

Agritechnica is regarded as the international marketplace for the
agricultural technology sector, and, with more than 350,000 visitors and
more than 2,300 exhibitors, it is seen as the leading specialist exhibition
for professional plant production technology and management. At the same
time, this trade fair has developed over recent years into the most
important event for the entire biogas sector.

Operation of biogas plants remains attractive

Both with its new modules and its existing product range, 2G offers
solutions that can also be operated on an economically feasible basis under
the German Renewable Energies Act (EEG) 2012 regulations. The filius R06 is
being presented at the trade fair, a new model from the filius range that
is designed for the newly introduced 25 ct/kW tariff limit up to an output
of 75 kW. All components based on 2G technology are integrated in the
container in this context. This reduces in-situ installation work to a
minimum, and ensures that transportation and construction are both rapid
and cost-effective. With the filius R06, the so-called farm system offers

38% electrical efficiency and 75 kW power. The successful agenitor family
is also being augmented by the 406 model, a new development with 250 kW
electric power and 42.5% efficiency. At the same time, an agenitor 312 that
has been modified for new system concepts with direct power marketing is
being presented to the public for the first time. 2G continues to round out
its range of products and services as a consequence, and is responding
directly to the changes in circumstances beingusheredin by the new German
Renewable Energies Act (EEG) 2012.

2G pushes ahead with international expansion

The sales and service subsidiary 2G Polska Sp.zo.o., which is based at
Bielsko-Biala, was founded in Poland on November 7, 2011. Polish staff with
sector and product experience are to tap the attractive and high-growth
Polish market from this site.

2G's other target markets are also continuing to grow in a very positive
manner. In Italy, for instance, a market that is currently experiencing
high growth, the company is expanding its operations through moving to new
and larger premises that offer more office and warehousing space. 2G
expects that it will sell between 40 to 50 systems next year in Italy. In
France, the CHP manufacturers already have more than 10 systems on their
order books. Here, too, 2G currently anticipates 2012 sales of up to 50
systems.

2G will prospectively sell around 50 systems in the USA in 2012. Here, the
company is planning to set up its own production facilities in the medium
term, and is currently searching for, and appraising, appropriate
locations.
