The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Leverkusen, 20 November 2009 - Biofrontera AG's share holder meetingof August 28, 2009 decided to increase the base capital of thecompany by up to ? 2,868,314.00 through issuing up to 2,868,314 newname shares.Management and supervisory board have today, based on theauthorization, determined the details of the capital increase.The purchase price was fixed at ? 2.50.The shareholders will be offered a purchase right in a 2 : 1 relationin the form that CONRAD HINRICH DONNER BANK Aktiengesellschaft,Hamburg, has been selected to take over the shares, with theobligation to transfer them to the owners of purchase rights, insofaras those have exercised their rights within a period of two weeks.Shares not drawn by the holders of purchase rights will be issuedwithin a private placement. The detailed purchase offer will becommunicated in the electronic Federal Bulletin on November 23, 2009.The proceeds will be used for Biofrontera's operation. In particular,they will be utilized to forward Biofrontera's clinical productcandidate BF-200 ALA into the European registration process withinthe coming year.
