Adam Fischer is appointed CEO in Ruric

The Board of Directors of Ruric appointed Adam Fischer as new CEO in Ruric. Adam
has extensive experience from real estate sector including legal counsel with
IKEA Property in Russia as well as his last position with SEB building up their
strategy for developing properties in the Baltic region.

"The new Board in Ruric wants to change focus and go to the next phase after the
reorganization by taking care of the potential in the company and we believe
Adam is the right person to execute that task", says Lennart Dahlgren, Chairman
of the Board of Ruric.

Ruric's current CEO, Craig Andersson, is thus stepping down. "Craig has in a
meritorious fashion taken Ruric through an enormous re-structuring process, and
we are grateful for the big effort he has put down in his work" Lennart Dahlgren
continues.

Adam Fischer will assume his position as soon as possible, at the latest at end
of the year. Meanwhile Denis Martyushev will act as temporary CEO.

Both Adam Fischer and Denis Martyushev will remain members of the Board of
Directors.
