In addition, some of those estimates maynot have been supplied on a regular or timely basis with the resultthat the values of such investments are based on the latest availableestimates which may relate to a date some time before the date setout above. In respect of the estimated Net Asset Value as at 13thNovember 2009, the Company received estimated valuations as at thatdate from 12 of the Company's 25 underlying investment managers.Although the Company's investment manager has evaluated theinformation and data provided to it, it has not confirmed thecompleteness or accuracy of such information or data. Accordingly, noreliance should be placed on the estimated Net Asset Value and itshould only be taken as an indicative guide. Valuations and estimatesare unaudited and may not comply with generally accepted accountingor valuation principles.
