Anup Singh Joins Nimble Storage as Chief Financial Officer
Experienced Executive to Provide Financial Leadership to Rapidly Growing Developer of Breakthrough Converged Storage and Backup Solutions for the Enterprise

In addition to his CFO responsibilities, he will oversee human resources, legal, information technology and administration. Singh will report to CEO Suresh Vasudevan.

Singh joins Nimble from Clearwell Systems, a market-leading e-discovery software company acquired by Symantec, where as CFO he led explosive growth in company revenue from $4 million to $80 million annual run rate over a four-year period, with a compounded growth rate of more than 100 percent per year. In 2009, the San Jose/Silicon Valley Business Journal recognized him as venture-backed CFO of the Year. Previously, Singh was senior vice president and CFO of the Warranty Corporation of America, an Asurion company, and before that he served as vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer at Trimble Navigation. Singh has also held leadership positions at Excite(at)Home, 3Com and Ernst & Young in both San Jose and London. He holds BA and MA Honors degrees in economics and management science from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
