Underseas to Prepare Securities Prospectus for Project Financing
Toronto, Canada - November 15, 2011
Underseas Research&Recovery Ltd. ('Underseas' or the 'Company'), the
Toronto based holding company of a European internet and satellite radio
informs that the Company has assigned a German law office specialized in
capital markets to prepare a securities prospectus according to German
Securities Prospectus Act. Underseas expects to file the prospectus for
approval with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin)
until the end of 2011.
For the coming years, Underseas intends to raise funds by a capital
increase in a public offering of its shares. The expected proceeds from
this public offering shall be used to finance the expansion of its present
internet radio into satellite radio broadcasting. Details and conditions of
the public placement will be published after the approval of the securities
prospectus by the BaFin.
By the filing of a securities prospectus, Underseas wants to provide more
comprehensive information about the company, its operative business and the
potential of the projected satellite radio to its shareholders and the
