iGlue Completes Merger With Hardwired Interactive
(firmenpresse) - BUDAPEST, HUNGARY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/15/11 -- iGlue, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HDWR), a leading contextual online search and curation tool, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a merger with publicly traded Hardwired Interactive, Inc.
Pursuant to the merger Hardwired Interactive plans to change its name to iGlue, Inc. to better reflect its consumer product and business operations. The Company also intends to have its shares up-listed to the OTCBB quotation system.
The merger was organized by Power of the Dream Ventures (OTCBB: PWRV), Hungary's leading technology incubator and technology investor. It is anticipated that the name change and up-listing to the OTCBB will be fully implemented in the next thirty days. Until then, iGlue will trade under the ticker symbol "HDWR."
Peter Vasko, co-founder of iGlue, has been named President and Director of the Company.
"We worked extremely hard to develop iGlue from an idea into a commercial product. With this merger the Company is now positioned for future growth.
