RIE: Cancellation of shares

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - On 11 November 2009 Rieber & Søn cancelled 2,000,000 of the Group'sholdings of its own shares. This is in conformity with the resolutionadopted by the General Annual Meeting to reduce the share capital ofRieber & Søn ASA by NOK 20,000.000, from NOK 795,757,400 to NOK775,757,400.
