Ronn Motor Company and KPN Advisors have agreed to enter into good faith negotiations regarding the elements and terms for granting KPN Reseller Agreements for RMC's H2GO products and systems solutions in the state of Louisiana, as well as potentially throughout the United States. Under these Reseller Agreements KPN will have the opportunity to serve as a sales channel of RMC's H2GO products and system solutions.
