ROME RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT, APPOINTMENT OF TREASURER AND APPROVAL FOR TRADING ON FRANKFURT STOCK EXCHANGE
Rome Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has negotiated a private placement of 500,000 units at $0.20 per unit, each unit consisting of one share and one warrant to buy one share for $0.26 for a period of two years, subject to regulatory approval. The proceeds of the placement will be used for mineral property costs and working capital purposes.
The Company is also pleased to announce that it has appointed Peter Rook-Green as treasurer. Mr. Rook-Green is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) who has extensive experience (over thirty years) as a financial executive in the resource industry.
Additionally, the Company also wishes to announce that it has been approved for trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Short Number 33R.
