Waalre, November 17, 2011 - Navigator Equity Solutions SE announces a
change to its Board of Management. Upon completion of his current
management contract, Dr. Florian Pfingsten has informed the company that he
will not renew his contract in order to pursue other entrepreneurial
activities. It is envisaged that Dr. Pfingsten will become a member of the
Supervisory Board as soon as possible and thus remain an advisor to
Navigator Equity Solutions SE in this new function.
At today's Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Nanoventure N.V., Dr.
Pfingsten was elected as Board Member of the company. Nanoventure N.V.
is a publicly-quoted investment company, focussing on early-stage and
growth investments, that was advised by Navigator Equity Group in the past.
In this new function Dr. Pfingsten will continue to work closely with
Navigator Equity Solutions SE in the future.
