("Odesia") (TSX VENTURE: ODS) (the "Common Shares") for a total consideration of $11,470, or $0.155 per Common Share. This increase represents 0.25% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of November 16, 2011.
As of this day, and after giving effect to the acquisition of his 74,000 Common Shares, Eric Leboeuf holds, directly and indirectly, 3,655,000 Common Shares. Eric Leboeuf currently holds 12.34% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of November 16, 2011.
The Common Shares of Odesia are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ODS.
