(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 11/17/11 -- On November 15, 2011, the North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (OTCBB: NODB) Board of Directors declared a regular dividend of $0.17 per share and a special dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividends are payable to shareholders of record as of December 22, 2011 and will be paid on December 29, 2011.
