Final results of Dockwise's subsequent offering and allocation of
shares to new investors in directe

Reference is made to theannouncement by Dockwise Ltd. on 4 November 2009 regarding thesubsequent offering, and the announcement made on 24 November 2009 ofthe preliminary results of the subsequent offering.The trading in the subscription rights for the subsequent offeringhas now been settled in the VPS and pursuant to the informationregistered with the VPS, 84,707,431 new common shares will be issuedto subscribers in the subsequent offering, provided however, that thenew common shares will not be delivered to the subscribers beforepayment is received.On basis of the final results of the subsequent offering, 60,681,660new common shares will be issued to new investors in the directedplacement. This implies that the number of new common sharesallocated to the new investors in the directed placement has beenreduced (claw back) as subscriptions in excess of 10,811,897 newcommon shares have been received in the subsequent offering.On basis of the final results, the aggregate number of 183,122,011new common shares offered in the directed placement and thesubsequent offering will be issued for a total equity raising of USD250 million.Allocation letters will be sent to the subscribers today.
