International Datacasting Corporation (TSX: IDC), a global leader in digital content distribution for the world's premiere broadcasters, announces that it plans to release its third quarter 2012 financial results for the period ending October 31, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, December 5, 2011. This announcement will be followed by a Management conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 to discuss the results.
