(TSX VENTURE: UHO) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that Arthur Halleran, Ernie Pratt and Daniel Bloch were re-elected to the Corporation's Board of Directors at the annual and special meeting of the Corporation's shareholders held on November 16, 2011 (the "Meeting").
At the Meeting the Corporation's shareholders also re-appointed KPMG LLP as the auditors of the Corporation, and passed, without variation, a resolution approving the Corporation's stock option plan, all as more particularly disclosed in the Corporation's management information circular dated October 19, 2011.
