Thermopiles for High Temperatures

ID: 89983

For Surrounding Temperatures of up to 225°C

(PresseBox) - The Dexter Research Center introduced a new IR detector that can be operated at temperatures of up to 225°C.
The silicon-based, single channel thermopile has an active area of 0.61 x 0.61 mm2 and is integrated in a TO-5 housing. The low height of the housing acts like an internal aperture. Initially, the component comes exclusively with an integrated 8-14 ?m bandpass filter made of silicon. The time constant of the ST60 high temperature thermopile is 18 ms.
The thermopiles are now available from LASER COMPONENTS.
