We appreciate your forbearance and confidence as we work our way through this process. Much of our effort has gone into getting our house in order as we uncover the sound foundation we need to make TMMI the viable entity we all believe it can be.
Many of you have been generous with your time, advising us about TMMI's history, including certain administrative and technological issues. We appreciate this support and expect that we will all benefit from it.
Our counsel has been diligent in discovering and retrieving necessary documents as well as pursuing legal remedies. To date, these efforts continue to be promising and in some cases, clearly rewarding.
With shareholder guidance, we have taken practical steps to make TMMI a functional organization and are developing the operating plan we will follow to unlock the inherent value of the technology and the company.
We are sticking to our core business of developing our TRUDEF High Definition Fractal Video codec. The promise of the VDK 2.0 fractal technology as a practical video compression solution is what attracted us all to TMMI. Our enthusiasm for the fractal code's potential increases daily.
As with any good business, we take the long-term view to build a back-to-our-roots strategy of relevant innovation. We believe in this remarkable technology and so far, we are confident we are on the right track.
