People on the Move -- Steven C. Cullen Joins ERM's Southern Division
(firmenpresse) - TAMPA, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/23/11 -- Steven C. Cullen, P.E. has joined ERM's Southern Division as a partner in the Air Quality Practice, focused on delivery of Air Quality Management consulting services. Mr. Cullen brings to ERM over 19 years of professional environmental consulting experience as well as substantial industrial operations management experience. He has managed environmental projects for diverse clients, including the Portland cement manufacturing sector, the mining sector, other construction materials sectors, and the scrap metal processing sector.
Mr. Cullen holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Duke University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida, North Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. He brings valuable experience in operations, client management, and people development. This experience includes technical expertise with air quality and water/wastewater management.
Mr. Cullen was previously employed as a Vice President of another consulting firm; Engineer/Air Administrator for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection; President of his own firm; and Operations Manager for Florida Rock Industries.
