Shareholders' Nomination Committee at Outokumpu
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASEDecember 1, 2009 at 5.10 pm EETOutokumpu's Annual General Meeting of March 24, 2009 decided toestablish a Shareholders' Nomination Committee to prepare proposalson the composition of the Board of Directors along with directorremuneration for the following Annual General Meeting.The Annual General Meeting also decided that the Shareholders'Nomination Committee consists of the representatives of Outokumpu'sthree largest shareholders, registered in the Finnish book-entrysecurities system on November 2, 2009, which accept the assignment.The Shareholders' Nomination Committee of Outokumpu consists of thefollowing three shareholders: Solidium Oy, The Social InsuranceInstitution of Finland and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension InsuranceCompany.These shareholders have nominated the following persons as theirrepresentatives on the Shareholders' Nomination Committee: KariJärvinen, CEO (Solidium Oy); Jorma Huuhtanen, Director General (TheFinnish Social Insurance Institution) and Harri Sailas, CEO(Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company).
