Addtech acquires Switchgear
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Addtech Group's Energy & Equipment business area agrees to acquireall shares outstanding in Switchgear AB.Switchgear sells custom-designed low-voltage switchboards mainly toSwedish basic industry. The company represents world-leadingsuppliers and has a strong position in its customer and productsegments. Switchgear has fifteen employees and revenue ofapproximately SEK 50 million. Jim Sjöström, who is one of thesellers, will remain in the capacity of managing director of thecompany.The company constitutes an excellent compliment to some of Addtech'sother businesses within the business unit Energy Supply.
