Amer Sports Corporation has completed the repurchases of its own shares
announced on August 15, 2011. The company repurchased a total of 3,000,000 own
shares at an average price of EUR 9.18 through public trading on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Exchange. The shares were repurchased under the authorization granted
by the Annual General Meeting 2011.
Nordea Bank Finland Plc acted as a stock broker in the repurchases.
In 2011, Amer Sports has acquired a total of 4 million own shares as follows:
