OKMETIC OYJ TO PAY ADDITIONAL DIVIDEND
Okmetic's annual general meeting, held on 7 April 2011, authorised the board of
directors to decide upon its discretion on the payment of an additional
dividend, should the company's financial situation permit this. According to the
authorisation the additional dividend, including any number of separate
decisions on dividend payment, may amount up to a maximum of 0.40 euro per share
and 15,000,000 euro in total.
Under this authorisation, the board of directors has decided to distribute 0.15
euro per share as additional dividend (totaling 2,548,488.60 euro). The dividend
will be paid to a shareholder, who, on the record date 30 November 2011, is
registered in the shareholders' register held by Euroclear Finland Ltd. Dividend
will be paid on 8 December 2011. Dividend will not be paid for Okmetic's own
shares.
