Centurion Minerals Engages Maison Placements for $2 Million Brokered Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/25/11 -- Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: CTN) ("Centurion", "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Maison Placements Canada Inc. to act as the lead agent in a private placement of 5,000,000 Units priced at $0.40 for total gross proceeds of $2,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one half warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable for one common share at $0.55 for a period of eighteen months following the closing. The agent shall have the option to increase the size of the issue by up to 15%.
Proceeds from this financing will be used for accelerating the exploration program on the Company's Banda Raya project wherein significant gold assays from samples were recently reported, and for general working capital purposes. The offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
