Toronto, Canada; December 7, 2009 - Seakinetics Corporation (www.seakinetics.org) announced today that Jack Dhaliwal, COO has chosen Mumbai, India as the location for the Company´s international headquarters to be located in the heart of the business district. Mumbai, Maharashtra is the financial and business capital of India and has been chosen for the following reasons:
•Mumbai is strategically located on India´s east coast hours away from Dubai, a key world financial center.
•It is home to India´s largest international and domestic airports.
•Mumbai is also home to Sensex India´s largest stock market exchange.
In addition, to researching the international headquarters location, Mr. Dhaliwal interviewed and short-listed key individuals for senior management positions for our Mumbai office based management team.
Mr. Dhaliwal is quoted as saying “I had numerous productive meetings with key government officials who are responsible for approving the land procurement process for our wind energy projects.
