AurCrest Announces Extension of Warrants
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/28/11 -- AurCrest Gold Inc. (the "Company" or "AurCrest") (TSX VENTURE: AGO) wishes to announce that it will make application to extend the exercise dates of 4,404,686 warrants currently exercisable between December 21, 2011 and March 15, 2012 at prices between $0.30 per share and $0.75 per share issued pursuant to various private placement financings which closed between December 21, 2009 and March 15, 2011. The warrants' expiry dates will be extended for a further year from their existing dates. There has been no change to the warrants' exercise prices which range from $0.30 to $0.75.
The amendment to the warrant terms is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
