Van Epps most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Agile Pursuits Franchising Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of , Van Epps brings more than 40 years of business experience, heavily focused in domestic and international franchised industries.

In his previous role at Agile Pursuits Franchising Inc., Van Epps was responsible for the company's Tide Dry Cleaning and Mr. Clean Car Wash businesses worldwide. Prior to that he served as USA President for Papa John's International Inc., where he was responsible for the company's domestic franchise and restaurant operations; restaurant development; franchise marketing; R&D and quality management. In addition, Van Epps oversaw Papa John's international management committee and operations in the United Kingdom.
Van Epps also spent two years as President of the International Division of Yorkshire Global Restaurants, responsible for all aspects of Yorkshire's international business for Long John Silver's and A&W Restaurants, which included 225 franchised restaurants in 15 countries.
