Announcement to all Share Holders of Blueweb Mobile Media PLC from the
Chairman and CEO of the company
Delray Beach, FL - November 28, 2011 Today Daniel J Kinney, Chairman and
CEO of Blueweb Mobile Media PLC (Frankfurt: BWC) announced the following
concerning the BaFin into ISIN: IM00B407RH44:
'According to the BaFin, an entity has been sending out spam emails and
faxes regarding BWC. The company is not in possession of neither a copy of
the fax nor any such email. According to the BaFin press release the fax
states that Blueweb is a 'potential takeover candidate for entities like
Google, Groupon, Facebook, and LinkedIn for acquisition.' Management would
consider a sell or takeover of the Company to be premature at this point as
there is sufficient intrinsic growth potential to make Blueweb an even more
attractive candidate for such transaction in the near future. Hence, such a
transaction is not up for discussion at this time.
