Reference is made to theannouncement by Dockwise Ltd. on 4 November 2009, regarding thesecondary listing of Dockwise Ltd. on Euronext Amsterdam, and theannouncement today, 2 December 2009, regarding issuance of new commonshares in the subsequent offering and the directed placement.
