Brigadier Gold (TSX VENTURE: BRG) Announces Amendment to Incamayo Option Agreement

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/28/11 -- Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE: BRG) (FRANKFURT: B7LN) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Salta Exploraciones SA ("Salta") and SESA Holdings LLC to substitute the $150,000 payment to Salta and SESA with the issuance by the Company of 700,000 treasury shares. The payment is required under the option agreement respecting the Incamayo Property.
