Schaeffler strengthens communication team - Automotive division
Petra Wolf and Pia Theresa Hoffmann Form New Communication Team at LuK in Bühl
(PresseBox) - Petra Wolf (44) and Pia Theresa Hoffmann (28) have been supporting the existing Corporate Communication Team at LuK GmbH & Co. KG, Bühl since November 2011. Nadine Lauers-Ernst, who is the current press contact at LuK, will go on parental leave in December.
"We are extremely pleased to have secured two communication experts with experience of the automotive industry for Schaeffler. Ms. Wolf and Ms. Hoffmann report to Joerg Walz, Head of Communications, Schaeffler Group Automotive. Ms. Wolf is also Mr. Walz's deputy", explains Marcus Brans, Director of Corporate Communication, Schaeffler AG.
Petra Wolf is well known in the automotive sector. After graduating in business administration, she was head of public relations at automobile importer Hyundai Motor Germany in Neckarsulm until 2005. Ms. Wolf has since worked as a freelancer for the communication agency Ketchum Pleon in Düsseldorf and the logistics service provider Leschaco in Bremen, where she was head of corporate communication. Before joining Schaeffler, she was employed as a consultant for change communication at the IT service provider, operational services in Wolfsburg - Ms. Wolf is a trained system coach (DGCo/ECA).
Pia Theresa Hoffmann studied communication science (M.A.) at the University of Duisburg-Essen and already has initial experience in the automotive industry. She has worked at Daimler AG and Peugeot Deutschland GmbH in the areas global corporate communication and marketing. She has many years of experience in organizing trade shows and events.
