(firmenpresse) - SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/29/11 -- Robert Garner Esq. is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of Broadcast Marketing Group Inc (PINKSHEETS: BDCM) has entered into a Binding Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of Ocean 13 Hotel & Casino S. A. f/k/a Servicios Generales de Administration Avanzada, S.A. through an Acquisition and Share Exchange Agreement.
The Letter of Intent is subject to completion of satisfactory due diligence, the satisfaction of closing conditions customary to transactions of this nature. Upon execution of a definitive Share Exchange Agreement Ocean 13 Hotel & Casino S. A. will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of BDCM.

Ocean13 Hotel & Casino, S.A. has recently negotiated the acquisition of Hotel Amon Plaza (), a Costa Rica hotel which operates a 3,500 ft. casino, and sportsbook.
