Rodocanachi Announces Shareholder Meeting Results and NEX Transfer Application
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/29/11 -- Rodocanachi Capital Inc. ("Rodocanachi" or the "Corporation")(TSX VENTURE: ROD.P) a Capital Pool Company, held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on November 25, 2011 (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting the shareholders received the audited financial statements for the fiscal years ended May 31, 2010. The Shareholders also elected six directors (Mr. Richard Besner, Mr. Jean-Sebastien Besner, Mr. Patrick Belanger, Mr. Peter Graffman, Mr, Chandra Panchal and Mr. Meyer Bentob), reappointed Raymond, Chabot Grant Thornton LLP as the Corporation's auditors for the ensuing year, approved a potential name change of the Corporation to "Mad Men Resources Inc.", authorized the Corporation to apply to list its common shares on the NEX Board and authorized the cancellation of 1,100,000 seed shares previously issued to non-arm's length parties, pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.4, Capital Pool Companies. The foregoing seed shares have been cancelled and all documentation have been submitted to the TSX Venture Exchange in respect of the transfer to NEX.
