(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/29/11 -- Park Lawn Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: PLC) announced today that Yvon Rodrigue has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Corporation effective November 28, 2011. The Board is pleased to announce that George Crossman of Beard Winter LLP and Corporate Secretary for the Corporation has been appointed in the interim.

Park Lawn Corporation indirectly holds six cemeteries in the Greater Toronto Area and an interest in Bloorpark Developments Inc. ().
