Withdraws application for injection of capital from the Norwegian
State Finance Fund
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - This is in reference to the stock exchange notification of 20 August2009 concerning the announcement that SpareBank 1 SR-Bank wouldsubmit an application to the Norwegian State Finance Fund for aninjection of capital.SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has been provided with a gross amount of NOK2,028 million in fresh equity through equity certificate issues andby issuing Tier 1 hybrid securities. Total new equity consists of NOK1,228 million in new equity certificate capital and NOK 800 millionin the form of Tier 1 hybrid securities.There is consequently no need for further injections of capital.
