ROME RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Rome Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce a private placement of 4,000,000 units at $0.25 per unit, each unit consisting of one share and one-half of one warrant, each full warrant entitling the holder to buy one share for $0.30 for a period of two years, subject to regulatory approval. Finder’s fee(s) are payable in accordance with regulatory policies. The proceeds of the placement will be used for mineral property costs and working capital purposes.
