(Thomson Reuters ONE) - SBM Offshore N.V. announces that Mr. Dick van der Zee will retire andleave the Board of Management on 31 December 2009.Mr. van der Zee joined SBM Offshore (formerly IHC Caland N.V.) in1996 as Managing Director of subsidiary Company IHC Gusto Engineeringin Schiedam. In 2000 he became a member of the Board of Management asChief Operating Officer. He was appointed Chief Technology Officerand President of SBM Production Contractors in 2007. Mr. van derZee's contribution has been key in developing the topsidescapabilities of the Group which has been one of the drivers to growthe Company into the leading FPSO contractor that it is today.Mr. Michael Wyllie has been appointed Chief Technology Officer and aDirector in the Board of Management of SBM Offshore N.V. with effectfrom 1 January 2010.
