Complete Discovery Source (CDS) Opens the Only e-Discovery Data Center in Downtown DC
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 12/01/11 -- CDS, a leading with headquarters in New York City, announced today that its new data center in Washington, DC is fully operational. The company opened its DC regional office in January of 2010. However, the company's DC-based clients and potential clients expressed a preference for local facilities, so the company's management team made the decision to build out the new data center downtown. For security reasons, the exact location cannot be disclosed.

CDS completed its SAS 70 Type II audit on its enterprise-level New Jersey facility in September of 2011. They replicated the New Jersey facility at the DC location and established point-to-point connectivity between the New York, New Jersey and Washington DC facilities to provide redundancy and instant access for their technical experts. The geographic distance between the DC center and the other two facilities will contribute to the company's robust emergency preparedness and business continuity plans. CDS offers off-site data replication of both live and archived electronic evidence while maintaining possession of the data.
