Based out of Continuum's West Newton headquarters, Di Vaio will oversee the global human resources strategy to attract, retain, develop and reward the best and brightest minds that will ensure Continuum's growth and success around the world.

Di Vaio has more than 20 years working as a human resources executive, focusing on global talent review, management, succession, compensation and executive coaching. Prior to joining Continuum, he was worldwide HR head for the Benetton Group in Italy, where he managed human resources for 9,000 employees in more than 10 countries, including the U.S. He led the reorganization of businesses in the U.S., China and Japan, while driving greater managerial accountability and a stronger pay-for-performance culture. At SKY Italia, a News Corporation-owned, $3.3 billion pay-TV broadcaster, he developed a solid HR foundation as the company experienced explosive growth, and he was instrumental in the creation of the first company-wide, competency-based system to support talent development. Prior to SKY Italia, Di Vaio held senior level HR positions with organizations such as The Reader's Digest Association, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and American Express.
