Underseas Declares Issue of a Warrant Dividend
Toronto, Canada - December 05, 2011
Underseas Research&Recovery Ltd. ('Underseas' or the 'Company'), the
Toronto based holding company of a European internet and satellite radio
announces the issue of a warrant dividend to all of its shareholders of
record at the close of the trading day on December 15th, 2011. One warrant
will be issued for each common share of Underseas payable on December 16th,
2011.
Each warrant possesses the right to purchase at any day during the terms
one share of common stock of Underseas Research&Recovery Ltd. at a price
equal to 90% of the closing market price of the Company's common shares at
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on the day before the exercise date of the
warrants. The warrants expire on June 1st, 2012. Further details will be
released after December 15th.2011.
