Endomines to apply for NASDAQ OMX Stockholm main market after full-year accounts 2011

Endomines AB, which is currently listed on the First North Premier list, has for
some time prepared the Company for a listing on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm main
market. In the course of this process, it has become evident that it would be
more appropriate to wait for the for the full-year accounts for 2011 before
applying for the main market listing. This is due to the fact that Endomines
made the transformation from Exploration Company to Mining Company during 2011
as production started at the Pampalo Gold Mine in early 2011.
