TAC Accepts Resignation and Appoints New Officer

(the "Company" or "TAC") (CNSX: TCG) announces the appointment of Mr. Sean McKay as Chief Financial Officer to fill the recent vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Robert Anderson. Mr. Anderson has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of TAC effective December 1, 2011 due to his increased commitments with other companies. Mr. Anderson will continue to work with the company, but on a more limited capacity as a consultant. We would like to thank Mr. Anderson for his time and service to TAC as Chief Financial Officer and wish him well in his future endeavors.
