New lettings in Karlstad and Norrköping

In Karlstad aten-year lease contract has been entered into with the Municipalityof Karlstad and in Norrköping a five-year lease contract with WSP.These leases produce an annual rent of SEK 1.6bn and SEK 1.5bnrespectively.The municipality of Karlstad is moving in March 2010 into themunicipality's appliance centre consisting of 1,700 sq.m.at theproperty Bromsen 6 in the district Våxnäs. This space will containoffices, reception, workshop and conference facilities.WSP, which is an analysis and technology company, will rent 1,200sq.m. of flexible and light office, conference and meeting rooms atKopparhammaren 2 from 1 March 2010.
