Underseas Warns about Fraudulent Fax Recommendations
Toronto, Canada - December 05, 2011
Underseas Research&Recovery Ltd. ('Underseas' or the 'Company'), the
Toronto based holding company of a European internet and satellite radio
has been notified of certain misleading faxes using false and fraudulent
statements. Underseas firmly emphasizes that the Company has no connection
with these faxes and repudiates in the strongest terms all statements and
contents in these faxes. There never have been any connections between the
company and the sender, authors or publishers, mentioned in these faxes.
The fraudulent faxes contain false and misleading statements about the
company Underseas, its current business and the outlook. Neither the
alleged takeover offer by a large software company, nor the purported buy
recommendations for the stock of Underseas by a German financial institute
do exist. The legal counsel of the company has been commissioned to take
the appropriate legal actions in this regard. Underseas will cooperate
closely with the German authorities in this matter.
