Orestone completes private placement

Orestone Mining Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange–Symbol: ORS)(the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the second and final tranche of a previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) by issuing 1,250,000 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of $125,000.
Each Unit consisted of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”), with each whole Warrant exercisable for one common share of the Company at a price of $0.20 for a term of one year expiring December 02, 2012. The common shares and Warrants comprising the Units issued pursuant to the second and final closing and the common shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants are subject to a hold period that expires on April 02, 2012.
The Private Placement is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
