(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Downing Protected VCT I plc8 December 2009AGM StatementAt the Annual General Meeting of Downing Protected VCT I plc heldearlier today, Resolutions 1 to 8 were passed unanimously on a showof hands.A poll was called in respect of Resolution 9, which was a specialresolution seeking authority for the Company to make market purchasesof its own shares.
