Leen Zevenbergen new CEO - Fred Hermans leaves Qurius
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - 9 December 2009 - Leen Zevenbergen will be appointed as CEO of QuriusNV as per 1 January 2010. At the next Annual General Meeting ofShareholders he will be nominated as statutory director. As per 1January 2010 Fred Hermans will step down from the Executive Board andwill leave the company in mutual consent.Leen Zevenbergen has lead various companies mainly active in the ITsector, amongst othersRoccade, Origin en Escador.
